UFC - Underpass Flooding Control

Automatic Monitoring System Flooding for road or rail underpasses

The security system UFC (Underpass Flooding Control) is an indispensable security coverage for flooding control of road or rail underpasses.

The UFC system provides different levels of personalization according to various control thresholds or redundancies.

The basic kit includes n ° 3 sensors (LS leakage sensor) to be positioned at the same level and that guarantee a control of a false positive (at least 2 of sensors 3 must be activated in order to send the alarm) to be positioned to a lower level possible, usually 20-30 cm from the bottom.

The customer can choose to enter a second set of three sensors LS at a higher level than the standard, usually 60-70 cm

Sensors available as an option:

- an immersion level sensor, to be positioned at the lowest point of the underpass for the measurement of the maximum level of water, and that starts to make measurements in the moment in which the first two water presence sensors (LS) are activated.

- a level sensor non-contact ultrasonic technology, to be placed under the slab of the tunnel

UFC works with electricity network, and it is possible to install a photovoltaic system to ensure the full functionality even in the absence of mains electricity.

This innovative remote control system, obtained by condensing different skills and experiences acquired in the field by our technicians, is able to satisfy various monitoring requirements in an easy and intuitive.

Through the restricted area, the customer can access their monitoring system and check the functionality, snapshots measures, the database or any other parameter of interest.

UFC can be controlled via secure web access or via smartphone apps.
